Trying to decide which brokerage to go with…

Brokerage A is a very large one with offices all over the state. Everyone around has heard of this brand. Their local office already has a chick similar to me with a large team, so it is extremely unlikely I’d be able to work with her or hold open houses for her. I would not want to join her team, I’d rather go solo. I’m afraid if I work there, I will end up competing with her team more than if I worked at a different brokerage.

Brokerage B is more local to the surrounding cities and not all over the state. It isn’t too small but not too big. I get along with the other agents who work there.

Both have good training programs. Which would you choose? Would you go with the bigger, well known brand or the smaller local one?
