it was already the dumbest bidding war ever. but they’re hellbent on making sure it will *always* be the dumbest bidding war of all time.
At the rate netflix stock is falling they should be scared their buyout is going to be 1/4 of their market cap. At this point they should just take the 2.8 billion break up fee and let Paramount take it for 10 years until they bankrupt themselves.
