Hi I’m a 26 year old doctor (quite junior) in the UK, wanting to start a business. My goal is 500k a year.
Had a few ideas:
– help private clinics in the UK grow revenue (unsure how to do this, maybe I could learn AI and help with missed appointments and follow ups?)
– help founders improve their performance by fixing their sleep, diet, exercise etc – essentially an all in one health coach
– help people with sciatica get their life back (lifestyle, maybe hire a physio, give pointers) – maybe like a 6 week program, although there is some regulation I need to be wary of. I’ve had sciatica myself and overcame it, so have that unique story
– help south Asians lose weight (and maybe reverse pre diabetes). This seems relatively easy, just eat less and exercise and focus on eating the right things.
Some thoughts:
– idk anything about AI but I guess I could learn it? But idk if I’m leveraging my medical expertise the best here
– Help founders improve health seems generic and not tangible output, unclear ROI
– Sciatica just need to be wary of not going full mode treatment due to regulation. Also idk how high I can charge with this? Might be stuck low ticket prices I.e less than 2k
– Helping lose weight seems like a commodity, saturated. Not high ticket.
Any thoughts?
