2nd Physician Loan for Mortgage

Hey everyone,

I used a physician loan for my mortgage during residency. I've since graduated residency and moved to a different city. I still own my home and just rent it out now. What options do I have to get another house? I was hoping to get another physician loan or something else to avoid having to place a down payment.
