My neighbors are letting their dog bark at potential buyers during showings, in my backyard, and he is going to the bathroom in my yard. They are mad I did not build a fence for them.

I am selling from across the country. I think they are trying to deter the sale. I have since had the gate that kept him in the backyard perimeter and away from the street removed, so now they have to have him leashed and be accountable or he will run away. but he has most likely already deterred offers. their camper is also at the property line and encroaching on my property. I am not physically there. do I call animal control to make them behave or is a lawyer best? there are basically no lawyers in the rural area though and it is very overwhelming trying to find one.
