I’ve only bought during 2021 so when the market was bonkers. it’s obviously not like that any more.
The house has been on the market since Thursday and has been saved 30 times on Zillow. Two open houses (sat & today sun) with only six families looking. Only one private showing booked. No offers yet.
When do I panic? I have to sell by the end of this month and I’m so worried.
What is normal in this economy?
Nervously selling my house this errand trying not to crash out- what’s normal nowadays?

Zillow saves means nothing. If you need to sell then drop the price.
If you’re in a rush to sell, drop price.
Bro, hit the dispensary. Relax.
6 visits over 2 days at an open house and one showing booked in 4 days tells me you’re in an area with a lot of inventory.
If you’re in a hurry, drop the price.
I’d panic if not in contract within 45 days or so. It really depends on your personal situation.
It’s been three days. Not time to panic. Talk to your real estate agent
More Sellers than Buyers in the current market. Did your agent go over any comparable sales and the average time to sell? The expectation should have been set by your agent. Are you paying for the buyers agent commission? A lot to take in here and it seems your agent needs to provide better communication.
Post the listing if you want feedback here
I save houses on Zillow when I see something overpriced and wanna check back on it in a few months for funnies.
