I switched from buying coffee at cafes to making my own at home about a year ago. Honestly didn't think much of it at the time. But when doing the math, I realized I was saving close to $150 a month lol. Wanted to know other possibly little everyday swaps that others may already be doing as a habit, but didn't notice that that the changes add up. Something seemingly minor at first but actually made a difference over time.
What's one "small" frugal swap you made that ended up saving you way more than you expected?

Do you have an espresso maker at home? Or just a regular coffee maker? It’s the espresso shots part that keeps me going to the coffee shop.
I’m not sure if this really counts as frugal but I stopped getting hygiene/personal/household products at Walmart and started doing pickup orders with Walgreens bc Walgreens always has sales, coupons & online discount codes.
Like today, I got tp, 2 hand soaps and a big jug of dawn & cerave moisturizer for about $38.some odd change–whereas at Walmart, it’d have been $45 and change.
Doing my own landscaping, pool maintenance, and pest control.
Save a few hundred each month and I do a better job actually after spending some time to learn.
