Neighbour hit my car

Hi

I suspect my neighbour has hit my car. I drive a black vehicle, him bright orange. I have orange paint transfer on the back of my car, see images attached. He also has damage on his car on his front bumper (my damage is on the back) he scoffed at me and claims the paint is yellow and his car (which he bought 3 weeks ago) and is only 2 years old must have come with the damage on his front bumper. The height of the damages matches too. I tried to speak to him about it but he told me to F off and said “he was getting really angry”. I fear if I go through insurance he will deny and will be a 50/50 split and I’ll get done over anyway on my NCB and premium. Can anyone please advise ?
