Would my co-signer on dental school private loans know my marital status?

Hey all. I’m a itl student getting to dental school and will require private loans for COA. My uncle will be my co-signer for the loans. If I get married while in school (and wouldn’t want to keep it hidden from him and family), is there any way he knows marital status because of applications or something?
