After the pandemic payment pause was released I ended up putting some accidentally past dues in forbearance. This ended up triggering an audit through the department of education and they finally removed my wretched loan from existence. I attended a tech school that ended up being acquired by a horrendous school Sanford Brown. They started a close out program and stopped offering classes that were flexible for my graveyard shift I was working at the airport so I could go to school and still survive. I ended up having to withdraw with non transferable credits and went through many processes to get it forgiven with no luck. Huge W for my financial success in 2026! And happy to see this gone forever!
