I can no longer wear heels. Does anyone have good recs for flat shoes that can still be office appropriate and even ok for special occasions (like being a wedding guest)?
I’m looking for an investment piece of real leather that has good cost per wear. Willing to spend even a few hundred dollars if it’s the kind that can be brought to a cobbler to be fixed up when the time comes. I just can’t afford Gucci, Chanel, etc. where you’re paying for logos.

Get a few pairs of some good quality ballet flats in different colors, like beige/nude, black, etc. You can wear them with everything.

Few hundred for years of wear. I have boots I’ve
worn 5+ years: comfort and joy. Repaired and still going. That’s love for years.
