Hi y'all.
I'm Ugandan living in Uganda. So canned food is more expensive (sadly)
However, on a budget of 50,000ugx (about 13usd or 11euro) what foods can I get a male friend that can take them 2-3weeks.
I'm thinking groundnuts, beans and rice? But do I have to cook them for them? Or send raw food for them to cook? Maybe half a tray of eggs? N noodles?
I'm against giving money as they may use it for something else and just stay starving.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

If you’re not able to cook for the person, I’d send them the easiest foods to prepare. They’re more likely to be able to handle cooking noodles and eggs and maybe rice than dried beans. I don,t know what sort of prep groundnuts requires.
