My job offers a tuition assistance program which would allow me to fully pay for my last couple years of graduate school without needing to take out loans again. This is amazing BUT would I be screwing myself over by doing so while in the SAVE forbearance?
My loans would go into deferment because I'll be half time (one class) and there's no way to opt out. When I graduate though, will I still be in the SAVE repayment plan? Or would I have to sign up for a new one?
If it helps, my forbearance is currently set to end in 11/2028 (but who knows if it'll stay that). I will have finished my degree before then.
Will I lose my SAVE plan forbearance if I return to graduate school?

The SAVE forbearance will likely end this year
