It seems like people who got the email after me have had their balances zeroed out. Do I need to do something? I didn’t opt out.
Email received 2/21 that I had until yesterday to opt out of IDR forgiveness. My balance hasn’t changed today. Any advice?

No you just have to wait for your servicer to process your forgiveness
Hang in there. Mine shows discharged. It’ll happen.
I received the email on 2/12 that said opt-out was until 3/5. This morning I logged into my servicer Edfinancial and it says zero balance and “Paid by discharge and/or write off” (which it didn’t say yesterday). And a whole lot of payments were reversed in payment history. I’ve received no notice of the discharge, just found out by logging in.
I kept refreshing all morning and Nelnet just now showed paid in full for me. This is after I called an hour earlier and they said it would take 30 days at least to show up on my account.
