Today I finally understood something important in finance.
Bond prices and interest rates move in opposite directions.
When interest rates go up, bond prices fall. When interest rates fall, bond prices rise.
At first this confused me a lot.
But after studying Yield to Maturity, it finally clicked.
Learning accounting and finance is not easy, but every concept you understand feels like unlocking a new level.
