Something I keep noticing when talking to other founders about AI tools. a lot of people try ChatGPT or Claude for a few weeks and get excited about it, but it never really becomes part of their actual business workflow.
They might use it for random tasks like writing or brainstorming, but it doesn't stick in their day-to-day operations, after a while they just go back to doing things the old way.
I'm starting to think the real problem isn't the AI itself, it's figuring out how it actually fits into a business workflow.
Curious if other founders here ran into the same thing.
Why does AI never really stick in most business workflows?
