Am i granfathered in for parent plus after i withdrew

I was enrolled in private uni X from august to december 2025 and had a PPL loan. BC of health issues (now resolved) my grades were bad and the school had to put me on contract or have me withdraw. my advisor had me withdraw so i could get more time to recover and get my strength back, and told me to go to community college for a semester w plans to return in the fall. i am at that community college and i am paying out of pocket, as soon as the semester ends im getting my grades submitted and stuff before june 1. in august i will be able to pick classes for uni x. I will be a jr. When i return in august to uni X will i still be eligible, will i be grandfathered in? if not can i do anything to make sure i am?
