“Honda said it now expects to lose as much as 570 billion yen ($3.6 billion) in the year to ‌the end of March, compared with a previous forecast for a 550 billion yen profit. That would be its first annual loss since it listed on the stock market in 1957, a company spokesperson said.”

      That’s an amazing run.

Them saying they found it hard to compete with Chinese companies in China lmao. You don’t say!?

    3. Honda has no future.

Looking at Japan with an oil shortage.

The board needs to be FIRED.

I know this idea is going to come out of left field, but did they try making a good EV?

    5. Whenever legacy car companies figure out that we want small, cheap cars it’ll be too late

Give it a few more months Honda, everyone will be buying EV’s when oil and gas are still sky high. Besides why be reliant on global energy shenanigans in the future.

    7. Maybe don’t make half assed cars, did they try that? Prelude that is just a slow Prius for $15K more, and what the hell are their trucks and SUVs? 4Runners and Tacomas sell in the hundreds of thousands Honda still isn’t sure consumers want it. Smh

JUST AS CATHIE WOOD PREDICTED LMAOOO

“Cathie Wood and her firm, Ark Invest, have long maintained that legacy automakers face significant challenges in the electric vehicle (EV) market due to higher production costs, a reliance on older technology, and a slower, more expensive shift away from internal combustion engines”

Did car companies just collectively decide to write off EV units so that we all think these 10-20 billion losses are just bau?

    10. I’m just saying if you can afford an electric car you don’t get to complain about gas prices

They should re release old cars with absolutely nothing changed besides maybe Bluetooth connectivity.

How cool would it be to buy a 2026 2008 Honda Element or a 2026 96 Integra?

      A 2026 2001 Honda S2000, etc etc etc

Maybe I’m a alone but I hate new cars they are so freakin boring
