the strait is opening this will not print

Would express this trade differently: just short equities impacted by higher oil prices. Oil might not go up that much higher anymore, but it can surely remain elevated way longer than people expect. This will be very painful for a lot of stocks, so by shorting equities you get probably get paid as long as the strait doesn’t open very soon but you dont need oil to rise further
