What country do you operate in?
Do you do BRRR, custom homes, flips? Did you start in construction or get there through general contracting? Did the model change as you grew? How’d you get started in the business?
respect for building that from 2.5k, genuinely
curious about something at what point did you stop being the person doing the work and become the person running the business? like was there a specific moment or hire that flipped it or did it happen gradually without you noticing
asking because I think that transition is the part most people building something never talk about honestly and it’s probably the most important one

This is very impressive. What systems did you implement and at what stages of your business?
