I made a mistake re-certifying and now I need to do a new application online. I did a double consolidation and now have a unsubsidized Direct Consolidation Loan. I am currently on the ICR plan.
While re-certifying, are we allowed to switch from ICR to the IBR plan in the same request online?

It’s the same application. You would just choose “changing plans” as your reason for the app.
