I have a spending problem. Not on clothes or items or anything like that, its food and drinks and snacks. Im not fat or anything but the day goes like this.
I wake up at 7 cause i could barely sleep last night and dont have time for morning chow. Or i do have time but im not hungry and feel like shit so i barely eat.
Then i go to work, hate it not cause its hard but because there is nothing going on, and if there is its retarded ass shit as per usual.
Tired asf cause again could barely sleep so i grab a monster. Then hunger hits me hard asf cause im bored and stressed so i grab snacks from the vending machine to.
Lunch chow comes and everythings dry ash and sucks balls and im too tired so i either sit in my room or stay at work. Causing hunger to hit me again later and buy more snacks.
Then im off work and hella fucking tired so i dont go to chow cause it sucks balls but i havent eaten protein enough so i buy like 4 protein shakes, or eat out at wherever the hell.
Days obviously vary, pt, gym, field day, blah blah blah. But i clearly have a problem. I end up spending so much money catching up on meals and protein missed that i can barely throw any into saving or none at all.
I also only have about $600 of actaul necessary bills so i have a lot leftover. But somehow someway with food and buying some other shit its gone.
I dont wanna hear, “just start eating at the chow hall and force it down stop being a pussy. just dont eat at all if you miss chow.” etc. I need good tips to break these habits i have plzzzzz
