Hey all! PCS season is in a month or so. Pulled my condo listing from the market since it hasn’t gone great. I intend on renting my property out through a property management company.
Has anyone experienced pivoting to renting out your property instead of selling and realizing in the long run it turned out to be a better decision, whatever the reason?
If so, what are those reasons or if there are regrets on going this route, why?
Just trying to gain insight to feel better about going the route I initially did not want to go.
