Without musk X would be dead
Hope they sue for 44 billion
But space satellites! Or no wait not space satellites space data centers.
Shit not space data centers either, space AI!
I’m sure he’ll pay the fine in Dogecoin just to keep the bit going.
So he misled investors and it covers people who bought Twitter stock in the months before he bought it. This will be a small payout

I would argue the suit should be against the seller. Selling his business Musk was certainly not in the interests of the investors. Yeah, Musk fucked it up. But shouldn’t the former owner have had the foresight? Idk man.
Incoming decades of appeals.
Is it because of the fraud? Or some other reason?
What exactly are they entitled to? $44B ended up being higher than every third party mark on the company (Fidelity marked at $10B).
Can someone ELI5? Didn’t he pay the full amount for twitter? Who was damaged?
Lol, wtf is this shit? Was he supposed to overpay more?!
That buys a lot of ketamine and artificial insemination
Went incognito I heard (compliments of Grok)
