Hello, looking for some guidance on my next card.

Currently I use a CSR (opened Jan 2023) for nearly every purchase (outside of using Prime Visa for amazon and United Explorer for flights). The CSR got downgraded, and since I live rural, the Uber Eats, Lyft, and delivery credits are basically worthless.

Currently looking at the CSR, Amex Gold, and Amex Platinum. But opened to any other suggestions.

We travel international 2-3x year and domestically ~6x/year.

I am about to book another international trip, so looking to take advantage of a sign on bonus and get either: a new travel card, or a daily driver card.

Since we travel a lot, and generally like to do med/higher end travel, I’m inclined to get some travel perks.

I also don’t really love booking through travel portals, but can do that if necessary.

Usually fly United out of EWR / PHL, but don’t need to have an airline allegiance.

Income: $200k+ (self employed, so variable)

    Average monthly spend ~10-15k

    and categories:

    – bills/utilites = 4.5k

    - dining $2k

    – shopping $2k

    – groceries: $1-2k

    – gas: $300

    – travel: $2k

Would appreciate any guidance here. Thank you!
