how much of the global oil shortage can be replenished from Venezuela?? Say if enough resources were put into expanding the oil wells infrastructure in a capacity similar to Operation Warp Speed..

    1. Hormuz should be transporting 20 million barrels a day.

Venezuela produces about 1 million barrels a day. Even at its peak decades ago it was only producing 4 million barrels a day and even getting back to that would probably require *at least* $100 bn of investment and would still take years.

“Due to the new energy crisis that I have caused, I have decided to create 50 Nuclear SMR over a 20 year period at $0.05/kwhr and for a National High Speed Rail with Hong Kong style Transit Oriented Development. To help pay for this I will install a new 20% Land Value Tax with Singapore style Green To Plot Ratio. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
