Has anyone faced calculation issues with CSB Jupiter edge+ credit card statements?

In my case, when I calculate:

Total transactions – refunds – jewel rewards, the final amount is not matching with the statement total.

I’ve checked multiple times, but there’s still a difference. And customer care did not help. Not sure if I’m missing or if it’s a system issue.

Has anyone experienced the same? How did you resolve it?
