Best Credit Cards for Service Members

I am about to begin my career in the military. I know a lot of credit card companies waive their annual fees for service members. I am wondering which are the best ones to apply for. I intend on being in for a while too (about 10 yrs looking to transfer my education benefits for my kids). Which credit cards would be best? I’ve heard of AMEX PLAT and the Chase Sapphire being tossed around frequently. I want some that are good for travel. One for dining and such. To get the most out of them. Any advice?
