So, now that ICR is dead in the water and switching to something else in July (maybe), I’m concerned about my forgiveness, which is supposed to occur later this year. I am at 293 payment count, according to the super secret count site.
I wasn’t offered the other IDR options and don’t think I qualify.
Is there anything I can or should do at this point to make the light at the end of the tunnel not be an oncoming train?

ICR is ending in July 2028.
ICR isn’t going away until July 2028. You are also eligible for IBR.
SAVE is dead. ICR will end by July 2028. That’s a while away. Stay on ICR and finish out your term.
