I’ve never used a credit card and my bank offers this credit card, is it worth it?
Is this a good credit card deal?

Is this the U.S. Bank Cash+? If so yes it’s pretty good. If you’ve never used one and don’t have a credit card already, their Smartly (2% on everything) might be a good choice too.
The card looks like it would be the US Bank Cash+? Yes, it’s a decently popular card with just the 5% cash back alone.
Personally, that card is interesting in that it provides 5% in a lot of niche categories you wouldn’t otherwise find on other cards (e.g. utilities).
If you don’t have a card yet for high-spend categories like dining/groceries though, it might be more interesting to find cards for those first.
Yes, this is a good deal – the 2% and 5% parts at least. 1% back is about average.
You might be better off with a card that offers 2% cash back on all purchases though – more straightforward for a newcomer.
