As a huge fan of the r/personalfinance flowchart and a friend’s recommendation to house hack a duplex—and currently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad—I am interested in pursuing this investment plan.
With that in mind, is there a recommended flowchart or guide on how to get started, the relevant laws and regulations, and your guy’s overall experience of this process?
