We’ve been exploring different ways to scale our servicing operations without aggressively hiring more CSRs.
Recently came across United Alliances while researching insurance outsourcing partners.
What stood out compared to some other vendors:
- They seem to focus only on insurance workflows
- Structured approach towards renewals and policy servicing
- Familiarity with AMS platforms
- Dedicated teams instead of shared VA pools
In contrast, some generic outsourcing firms we evaluated required heavy training from our side and still struggled with commercial lines complexity.
Still in evaluation phase.
Would love to hear real feedback from agencies who have used United Alliances or similar operations partners.
Did outsourcing actually improve producer productivity?
Has anyone worked with United Alliances for insurance back-office support?
