Cash+: I understand US bank customarily accounts for 5% cashback as 1% base + 4% bonus: every transaction typically show 1% base reward, while once a month there’s a 4% bonus entry that rolls up all bonus cashback as one line item. Problem is, their app (and website as well) have not been displaying the 4% line item since Nov 2025…. it’s a 4-month old display bug that’s still not caught/not fixed. Cashback numbers seems fine on pdf monthly statements tho

When the app is opened, banner ads at the top are always “delayed” by a couple of seconds before showing up. If you click on a card account when the banners do show, everything abruptly shifts down and you end up clicking on the wrong thing.

cash+ again: category selection history is bugged. Selecting 2025 in the dropdown box doesn’t actually show 2025 data.
IMO US bank takes the cake when it comes to the most infuriating credit card app among big banks

For me, the Cash+ shows the transaction as 5% immediately after posting. Only after the statement date does it split it out to 1% and 4%
For your number 1, you can see the different category amounts on your “paper” statement when you want to do the math on if stuff coded correctly and see what was earned in each category.
For number 2, that annoys the crap out of me in so many apps and even some websites. Something will pop up or take its time loading and shift everything to make me click on something other than what I wanted. I swear it’s intentional in some things to make you click an ad.
