Hi all, i just got a CFU like 2 weeks ago and missed out on the recently elevated offer from $200 to $250 SUB. I have a CSR and prime visa at chase as well. Any chance i can call customer service to see if they’d do a courtesy points bonus of the points difference to me or change my offer to the $250? I haven’t met the $500 spend yet.
Sorry if this is stupid to ask… just a little bummed a missed out on 5000 points by a week.

No, why would they? If you wanted the elevated SUB you should have applied before it expired.
It costs you nothing to call though. Maybe you’ll get lucky but I wouldn’t count on it. Most likely the agent tells you to go pound sand.
