Cost effective way to get sol value in usdc

Since I am bored and poor, I want to build a small bot that exchanges usdc and sol, like up to 100 dollars , and can do it very often (ideally every second, cause it can't be more otherwise I'd go with fraction of seconds ) what is the cheapest tool to use? It needs to have a linux bash interface or a webapi I can call i was looking at Jupiter to have a quotation every second on a "sound" lamppost or helius, but I can't really understand how to do it with le latter. And for some reason I have to write 500 chars that I don't need in this sub
