I have been waiting for gap for over a month and my last payment is due.

My last payment is due in a few days but I'm still waiting for gap to process, my claim says in process. What happens if I make the final payment? Will gap pay me back?

I tried looking online but cant find a clear answer so hoping someone here might know!
