I'm trying to hire my first VA and google just gave me like 50 diff options. upwork, fiverr, virtual coworker, onlinejobs, etc and probably 30 more, I forgot. Which one do you actually use? I don't care about cheap or expensive. I just want someone reliable who shows up and does the work. I need social media scheduling and basic graphic design. 15-20 hours a week.
Which platform actually delivers quality?

Screen candidates, do a small paid test, then hire 😎
Tbh upwork is still the most reliable if it’s your first VA hire. However, it’s not really about the platform; it’s more about how you screen. It’s good to have a paid test task before committing.
For social scheduling and design, good candidates can be found in the Philippines and Eastern Europe. It’s not really about where you hire from; it’s more about your standard operating procedures.
