Lincoln Financial is a nightmare

Lincoln Financial is a joke. I have filed three claims with them. Two accident claims and one hospital indemnity case for a car accident my husband and I were involved in. I can never view claims on their site so I have to call all the time. After the claims were paid I combed through the explanation and items were missed on all three of them. Seems strategic if you ask me. Very long story short, every member of their leadership team will be receiving complaints from me via LinkedIn until my issues are resolved. We’ve got a lawyer who is ranked in the top 5% in my state and I will not hesitate to loop him in. Also informing my employer, who employs over 15,000 that Lincoln Financial’s practices are not acceptable. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
