I bought a gaming computer for $1700 in August. The same computer is now $3500.
I think it’s a combo of datacenters bidding up the price of hardware, the war in Iran, and various other factors. Anything that needs computer hardware is now insanely expensive.

Well looks like most people are not going to be buying ps5s. Sony could definitely reduce the amount of profit they take but they’re going to find out that people probably aren’t willing to pay that much for a console.
