As the title says, RAP plan still expected to start July 1? we haven't received any information on the progress of the plan and how they can switch a large amount of people if they apply suddenly.

Yes. They can’t give any additional information until the final rules come out
Is Rap supposed to be cheaper than IBR or similar plans we currently have access to?
So we have to switch off SAVE and pick a plan within 90 days, but RAP isn’t even an option yet? Confusing .
Who does RAP even benefit? Crunching the numbers, IDR is far lower for my loans. AGI of 81k family of 4.
