Trying to hit my max by the end of the month. Wondering if I can buy gift cards (via restaurant Toast site) and that count towards the $1,500.

Yes. I tested this out earlier this month, buying 2 – $5 from two different stores on Toast. Both coded as restaurants.

Third party gcs from Doordash code as restaurant, as well.

Can confirm as well. Looking for ways to finish out my spend as well and a gift card through Toast to one of my favorite burger places worked perfectly.
