Looking for Opinions on Price

I am looking to get outsider opinions on the pricing of this home. It is a stunner, but it is also 130 years old. We love the home and location, but due to recent mortgage spikes we are not sure if this is in our price range any more. Do you think in this market we could ask well below asking? Please be kind, as we are not as informed as many people on this subreddit. We are seeking out all info we can before we make a decision.
