Help me organize my credit cards

I currently have 3 credit cards – my first being capital one savor one, which is a little over 2 years old, my second being chase sapphire preferred, which is just under 2 years, and my third is amex gold, which is just a few months old

I am wondering if I should keep all three, or if I should get rid of one or two

I am also wondering what is the best way to utilize these cards? Like when to use one compared to the others, I've looked at the benefits for each, but just a tad confusing, thanks to all!!
