As the title suggests, what are your suggestions on how to use some failed chocolate buttercream frosting? I did something wrong and the sugar became grainy. It’s the consistency of runny cookie dough. Unfortunately I have a little over 3 cups to figure out how to use it. I did use it in my coffee this morning and it was delicious but that’s a limited amount and it will spoil before use.

    Thanks ahead for the suggestions!

warm it slightly and rewhip to smooth it out. or use it as filling where texture matters less.

Light a fire in the fireplace smear it on your lover for a night of passionate love making.

This may be impractical, but I would suggest living with teenage boys. They can make any type of food disappear in an astonishingly short amount of time.

    4. What kind of cookies do you have around? Graham crackers? Sliced apples? Nuke it a little bit and start dipping.

    5. Mix it with baked cake scraps (or a whole cake, I’m not judging) and make cake balls.
