Tips for make at home Febreze/fabric refresher?

My bottle is almost empty, but I have lots of essential oils and vinegar and various cleaners to be used up. Surely I can make my own fabric refresher, right? Not like I use it often, just when changing sheets.

So would it even be useful? Or would it settle too much? i figured if anyone would know it would be you all.

Maybe water and some of the scent boosters my kiddo adores?
