Have a $500 deductible. Filed a police report and Geico has it as a vandalism claim. What happens now? Never been through a claim process before and am in CA

Follow through with both the police and your insurance company. If you have legitimate evidence that your neighbor did this then police will arrest/cite them and you may need to go to court for prosecution. Insurance company will schedule repair irrespective of wherever you decide to criminally with the case.
