Iron condor traders on IBKR: combo or separate sides?

Trying to learn how people manage these live in IBKR.

Do you usually handle an iron condor as one combined position, or manage the call spread and put spread sides separately?

I’ve also noticed unrealized P&L can look better than what actually gets realized on exit, especially with market orders. Curious what workflow people here actually prefer.
