Best credit card options for international students?

Hi everyone, I’m an international student currently studying in Seoul. I don’t have a long credit history here yet, but I do have a D2 visa and a local bank account.
I’m trying to find out which credit card companies are more likely to approve foreign students. Has anyone had success with specific banks or cards?
