Went through all the comments on my last post on sleep tips & made a summary for you all based on the feedback

    1 Light Control

    – Black out curtons (IKEA and Costco were mentioned a few times)

    – Sleep Masks, most mentioned Manta Sleep

    2 Magnesium glycinate

    No brands were mentioned but it is important it is glycinate

    3 Pillow

    Most mentioned brand was Sleep Kozi with their Kozi Pillow as firm & memory foam

    A few others like tempur or co op

    4 White Noise machine or app

    No specific brands but found some online:

    Machine

    Yogasleep, Homedics, Dreamegg

    App

    Via Youtube, Spotify

    Via apps like BetterSleep

    5 Cooling & Warm system, most mentioned was BedJet

    Easy to do and frequently mentioned:

    – Open Windows / Lowering Temp

    – Rhythm

    – Exercise during the day

    – No Alcohol

    – Clean sheets

    – Healthy food

    – No phone before bed

    – Decaf coffee / limit caffeine
