AI, job market and student loans

Just curious on people's thoughts regarding the future job market.

Before the whole SAVE thing, AI and job loss was still just a prediction. Now many companies are laying off due to AI. It is harder now than ever to find a job.

I just wonder if the politicians should revisit loan forgiveness again. Higher cost of living, diminished income makes this loans a more imminent threat to livelihoods and the economy than it did 12 or so months ago.
